Der Ort ist perfekt für alle, die starken Kaffee lieben und mehr über die Kunst der Zubereitung lernen möchten. Schon beim Ankommen merkt man die entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Trainer nehmen sich viel Zeit, um alles verständlich zu erklären – von der Herkunft der Bohnen über die richtige Mahlung bis hin zu verschiedenen Brühmethoden. Besonders spannend fand ich, dass man nicht nur zuhört, sondern alles selbst ausprobieren darf. Am besten hat mir gefallen, dass der Kurs sehr praktisch aufgebaut ist. Ich kann diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der Kaffee liebt oder einfach etwas Neues lernen möchte. Lana, unsere Kaffeemasterin hat uns sehr gefallen 🥰

I had an amazing Vietnamese coffee class with Lana, and it was honestly one of the highlights of my time here. She pays a lot of attention to every detail and to each participant, making sure everyone understands what’s happening and why. The class wasn’t just “follow these steps” - Lana explained everything clearly and thoughtfully, from the history of Vietnamese coffee, to the beans, brewing methods, and the little nuances that really change the taste. What I especially loved is how practical and detailed her explanations were. She showed exactly how to prepare the coffee step by step, what to pay attention to, common mistakes, and how to adjust the process at home. You leave the class actually knowing how to make it yourself, not just having watched it once. On top of that, she’s fun, relaxed, and very engaging, so the atmosphere is light and enjoyable. Her English is excellent, which makes everything easy to follow and ask questions without any stress. If you’re curious about Vietnamese coffee and want more than a quick tourist experience, I highly recommend this class with Lana. It’s informative, hands-on, and genuinely enjoyable - you can really feel her passion for coffee and teaching. ☕️😊

Great experience at the Phin Coffee Class in Da Nang with our teacher Lana(del Rey)! ☕🇻🇳 We made phin coffee, coconut coffee, egg coffee, and salt coffee, and learned the origins of each drink. Lana was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the class fun and easy to follow. It was especially cool to try Lana’s own egg coffee recipe, which was rich, creamy, and delicious. Had such an amazing experience during this coffee class, definitely one of the highlights to my visit in Da Nang. Our instructor Lana was incredibly helpful and fun. The class was incredibly well organized and I was happy to finally learn the secrets to all the Vietnamese coffees I’ve been enjoying recently. After the class we were given a recipe book so we could make the coffees at home. They mention it when you book, but you should definitely have a quick snack before you go no matter what time, since you’re going to drink about 3.5 cups of coffee.

I had an amazing class with Lana today! She explained everything very well and had some more info about the history of Vietnamese coffee as well. In the end they give you the recipes so you can try to make coffee at home! An absolute must try! You can make a reservation on their website or send them a WhatsApp.

This coffee experience class is so fun! I personally made three specialty coffees: egg coffee, salt coffee, and coconut coffee. Each one has a unique flavor surprise, and I have gained a lot from the selection and blending of ingredients. Special thanks to the gentle and patient teacher Lana for her detailed explanations and effective guidance, making the entire process easy and healing. It was a fantastic coffee experience!
